Processing Time
  • Fine Golf Africa charges R120.00 for Shipping.
  • All full priced orders over R800 qualify for FREE delivery, and is applicable to all areas within South Africa. Free shipping does not include any sale items or promotions.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders that are received before 13:00, on a working day, will be packed and shipped on the same day the order was placed. Orders placed after 13:00 on a working day, will be processed and sent for delivery the next working day.
  • Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays.
  • Standard Delivery Times are 1-5 Working days.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Shipping Providers

  • We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.

Shipping Damage or Loss

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.

Change of Shipping Address

  • If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed for shipment.
